  • Taça Balloon
MODO DE PREPARO
  • Coloque de 8 a 10 pedras de gelo;
  • Adicione 50 ml de dry gin;
  • Coloque 20 ml de Strawberry & Raspberry Syrup;
  • Adicione 130ml de água tônica;
  • Misture levemente com uma colher bailarina, tomando cuidado para não liberar o gás;
  • Finalize com Espuma de Morango e decore com um raminho de hortelã.
